Delivery & collections
The delivery options available will depend on your location and the weight of the equipment you are ordering.
The majority of our environmental equipment can be shipped on a next-working day delivery to most UK mainland postcodes. There are some exceptions to this, such as equipment which requires hazardous goods shipping.

Our preferred courier partner for standard deliveries is DPD. Timed delivery services are available, as standard all equipment is shipped for a pre-12 delivery. For international shipments we use Pentagon Freight.
Clients are welcome to collect their orders from our warehouse in Sandy, Bedfordshire. Alternatively, you can use your own courier.
Please note equipment goes on hire the day it is delivered to you.
Once you are finished with the equipment, you can either return the equipment to us or use our collection service. If you return the equipment yourself, it is off-hired the day we receive it. If you use our collection service, it is off-hired the day the equipment is successfully collected from your location.
To book a collection, you must call or email us before 11:30am on the day collection is required. Collections cannot be pre-booked.
When booking a collection you will need to confirm:
- Product(s) to be returned
- Number of boxes
- Site contact name
- Site contact telephone number
- E-mail address for labels / confirmation
- Where is the parcel? Stores, reception etc.
- Collection address
- Office hours
Please note collections can take place up until 5pm.
